Job summary

Fortinet in the UAE seeks an experienced Contract Recruiter to support recruitment of Sales and Sales Engineering professionals across the UAE. You will build pipelines from scratch and partner with hiring managers to deliver top talent in a fast-paced tech environment.

The role requires 7+ years of recruitment experience, sales hiring expertise, strong communication, and ATS knowledge. You will manage full lifecycle from sourcing to offer and provide market insights to hiring teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven recruitment experience with a focus on Sales.
• Experience recruiting Sales and/or Sales Engineering in technology or cybersecurity.
• Ability to build candidate pipelines from scratch using diverse sourcing techniques.
• Strong relationship-building with candidates and hiring managers.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple roles and priorities.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with tact and diplomacy.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Proven experience managing full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to close.
• Experience recruiting in the UK tech/cyber market preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit Sales and Sales Engineering professionals across levels.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, events, online postings and other channels.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring plans and management expectations.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing and assessment through offer negotiation and close.
• Act as a trusted candidate ambassador and deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, prioritize needs and provide market insights.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment with urgency and attention to detail.
• Use recruitment data, market knowledge and feedback to provide strategic insight to hiring managers.
