You will oversee HR functions, manage a high-performing team, lead talent acquisition and development, ensure regulatory compliance, and champion employee engagement to attract and retain top talent in a competitive market.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years HR experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition and employee development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement HR policies aligned with business priorities.
• Strong analytical skills with strategic thinking.
