Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on Telco CVM, base management, and customer segmentation experience.
• Campaign design, uplift and incrementality measurement, and SQL expertise.
• Understanding telco drivers: ARPU, churn economics, recharge behaviour, and cross-sell dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver solutions from requirements through implementation and improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, data, design, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
• Apply engineering/domain expertise to build reliable capabilities.
• Contribute to architecture, standards, documentation, quality, and technical decision-making.
• Identify performance, data quality, or operational risks and address them proactively.
• Ensure solutions integrate with existing systems and platform components.
