Job summary

AXIAN Telecom in Dubai seeks a Digital Performance & Analytics Manager to lead middle- and lower-funnel activity across the group, define campaign frameworks, and support OpCos in planning, executing and measuring digital performance.

You will strengthen the digital marketing ecosystem across owned channels, monitor investment, analyse performance and ensure timely, actionable reporting to drive ROAS and revenue.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in digital performance, analytics, paid media or marketing reporting.
• Strong understanding of the digital marketing funnel from awareness to revenue.
• Experience analysing paid media, website, app or SEO/GEO performance with core metrics.

Responsibilities

• Define frameworks, toolkits and strategies for middle- and lower-funnel performance activity.
• Monitor campaign objectives, timelines, investment and results across markets and agencies.
• Track KPIs across awareness, traffic, acquisition, conversion, engagement and revenue.
• Assess performance against objectives, budgets and benchmarks, and suggest corrective actions.
• Maintain visibility of planned and actual spend and campaign status.
