Job summary

Techsa in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Senior CVM and Marketing Analytics (Banking) to own key areas within our technology and data platform. You will decide which customer attributes and segments are worth building and define eligibility gates a segment must pass before use.

Collaborate with engineering, product, data, design and business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in CVM or marketing analytics within banking.
• Hands-on experience with banking customer marketing, segmentation, cross-sell modelling, campaign eligibility, uplift and incrementality measurement (SQL).
• Strong command of banking commercial drivers: product holding, cross-sell ladders, deposit/balance growth, lending and card propensity.
• End-to-end ownership of use cases: cross-sell, card activation/usage, balance growth, silent attrition, lifecycle/transaction triggers.
• Knowledge of marketing eligibility under regulation: suitability, affordability, credit gating and auditable trails.
• Proven ability to demonstrate campaign impact with control design and incrementality.

• Collaborate with engineering, product, data, design, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Apply engineering/domain expertise to build reliable, maintainable, and production-ready capabilities.
• Contribute to architecture, standards, documentation, quality, and technical decision-making.
• Identify performance, scalability, data quality, usability, reliability, or operational risks and address them proactively.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure solutions integrate with existing systems and platform components.
