Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
Strong practical experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning.
Proven experience managing multiple vacancies across different levels and functions.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interviewing skills.
Proficiency in Arabic and English is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from manpower request to onboarding.
Develop and monitor the annual recruitment plan aligned with workforce priorities.
Support workforce planning and assess current/future manpower requirements.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies.
Manage candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, and selection.
