Job summary

Haskoning in Dubai seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for the Middle East to lead end-to-end recruitment across the UAE and neighboring countries. You will source proactively, partner with hiring managers, and shape hiring strategies in a fast-growing region.

Based in Dubai, you will manage campaigns, use LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS, benchmark salaries, and drive workforce planning while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Fluent English and 5+ years in TA are essential.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting in engineering, technical consultancy, construction, infrastructure or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and attract candidates across multiple channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to provide market insights and guidance.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to offers.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment campaigns.
• Drive workforce planning and advise on salary benchmarking and market trends.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
