Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• 8+ years in talent acquisition with leadership experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for multiple divisions including real estate, contracting, construction, shipbuilding, business centers and corporate functions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.
• Partner with senior leadership and department heads to understand workforce needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
• Drive employer branding to position the company as a top employer in the industry.
• Implement data-driven recruiting metrics to measure success and optimize hiring strategies.
• Enhance candidate experience and ensure compliance with local and international hiring regulations.
