Job summary

WSP in the Middle East is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to drive recruitment across our diverse portfolio in the UAE. This hands-on role partners with business and project leaders to understand talent needs and deliver high-quality recruitment across large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Proven Talent Acquisition experience in a complex, fast-paced, multicultural organisation.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and disciplines.
• Experience supporting large-scale project recruitment and mobilisation, including high-volume and specialist hiring.
• Exposure to multidisciplinary consultancy environments (Design Management, Project Management, Advisory, Transportation).
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders and hiring managers.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies while maintaining pace, quality and detail.
• Knowledge of regional talent markets and translating insights into practical recruitment solutions.
• Experience in engineering, professional services, consulting or project-led environments is advantageous.
• Collaborative, inclusive and people-focused approach to candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across assigned business areas, from role briefing to mobilisation handover.
• Lead recruitment delivery for large-scale projects with high-volume and complex hiring.
• Partner with business and project leaders to understand workforce plans and critical hiring needs.
• Proactively source and engage senior, specialist and hard-to-find talent through targeted search and market mapping.
• Lead and support Talent Acquisition team members and prioritise workloads.
• Manage candidate screening, interviews, assessment and feedback to ensure a positive experience.
• Support nationalisation priorities by identifying and progressing local talent pipelines.
• Provide hiring managers with practical market insights on talent availability and salary expectations.
• Champion internal mobility and inclusive hiring practices.
• Maintain recruitment data and ensure activity aligns with governance and standards.
• Utilise recruitment technology and data to improve efficiency and quality.
