Job summary

Haskoning in Dubai seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for the Middle East to lead end-to-end recruitment across the UAE and neighboring countries. You will source proactively, partner with hiring managers, and shape hiring strategies in a fast-growing region.

Based in Dubai, you will manage campaigns, use LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS, benchmark salaries, and drive workforce planning while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Fluent English and 5+ years in TA are essential.

What will you do as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Middle East

• Proactively source and attract candidates through channels such as LinkedIn, social media, talent communities, industry events, employee referrals, and networking activities.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders across the Middle East to provide recruitment best practices, market insights, and guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment campaigns to build strong talent pipelines across the region.
• Drive workforce planning initiatives and advise leaders on talent availability, salary benchmarking, and market trends within the Middle East.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes, systems, and candidate experiences to support business growth.

As our new Talent Acquisition Specialist Middle East, you will be based in Dubai and become part of the global Talent Acquisition team. You will work closely with business leaders and colleagues across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, and Jordan, supporting the recruitment of highly skilled professionals who help deliver innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients.

What you bring

You are a proactive and customer-focused recruitment professional who enjoys building relationships and delivering results in a multicultural and dynamic environment. You combine strong stakeholder management skills with a strategic mindset and are always looking for innovative ways to attract talent.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Proven experience recruiting within the engineering, technical consultancy, construction, infrastructure, or professional services sector.
• Experience recruiting across the Middle East and a solid understanding of the UAE and GCC labour markets.
• Strong track record of successfully sourcing and hiring high-quality candidates across multiple disciplines and countries.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment technologies.
• Fluent in English.
