Job summary

Americana Restaurants is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition & Talent Intelligence in the United Arab Emirates. The role leads complex end-to-end recruitment, strengthens talent intelligence capabilities, and drives an AI-enabled, technology-first TA model.

You will manage sourcing, assessments, stakeholder engagement and offers, while using data, automation and market intelligence to continuously improve hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capability
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and managing multiple priorities
• Excellent candidate engagement, influencing, negotiation and offer-closing skills
• Experience using ATS and recruitment technology
• Ability to conduct talent mapping and market research
• Strong written and verbal communication with high ownership and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of complex recruitment assignments from intake to closure.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment through sourcing, assessment and offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and candidate profiles.
• Develop sourcing and hiring strategies based on role complexity and market conditions.
• Conduct structured candidate assessments for fit and capability.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment activity in the ATS.
• Lead pre-closing, offer discussions and negotiations to improve acceptance.
• Collaborate to continuously improve talent acquisition through data and market insights
