Job summary

Fanatics Momentum is hiring a Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator to drive the end-to-end TA process across product, technology, commercial and corporate teams. You will own interview scheduling, offers, pre-boarding, onboarding and relocation coordination, while ensuring data quality and GDPR-style compliance within the UAE regulations.

• Proven experience in TA operations or recruitment operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with candidates and leaders.
• Experience with at least one ATS like Greenhouse; AI/automation exposure is a plus.

• Schedule interviews across multiple time zones and manage offers.
• Oversee pre-boarding, onboarding, background checks, visas and relocation coordination.
