Job summary

Fanatics Momentum is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator to run the operational side of hiring across Product, Technology, Commercial and Corporate teams in the UAE. You’ll own interview scheduling, offers, pre-boarding and onboarding, while also managing systems, data and processes to ensure a fast, smooth candidate experience.

You’ll work with TA Leads to implement AI and automation tools, improve processes, and deliver accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in TA operations or recruitment operations in fast-paced environments (≤140 chars).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional with stakeholders and candidates.
• Expert user of an ATS; Greenhouse experience is highly desirable.
• Strong data skills: Excel/Sheets, dashboards, and data-driven insights.
• Experience handling background checks, onboarding, and visas/relocation in UAE/GCC.

Responsibilities

• Run TA systems management, including scheduling, offers and onboarding.
• Own interview scheduling across multiple time zones and teams.
• Manage background checks, visas, and relocation coordination.
• Build and own TA reporting, dashboards and data insights.
• Ensure compliant processes with UAE labour law and internal policies.
