Job summary

Fanatics Momentum is building the UAE''s leading regulated gaming operator, shaping a fast-growing Talent Acquisition function. The TA Operations Coordinator will own scheduling, offers, pre-boarding and analytics, partnering with Leads and stakeholders to deliver a smooth candidate experience across time zones.

You will drive system optimizations, AI integrations and governance, ensuring compliance with UAE labour law and internal policies while continuously improving processes and data quality

Qualifications

• Proven experience in TA operations or recruitment operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with candidates, hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Expert user of at least one ATS; Greenhouse experience is highly desirable.
• Highly tech‑savvy and curious about AI, with hands-on experience implementing tools, automation or workflow improvements.
• Strong reporting and data skills, including Excel/Google Sheets and dashboards.
• Experience managing background checks and onboarding, and ideally visas and relocation, in the UAE or GCC.
• Excellent stakeholder management and the confidence to work with candidates and senior leaders.
• A process and governance mindset with attention to detail and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern Greenhouse as our ATS, including configuration, workflows, permissions, data quality and hiring manager adoption.
• Identify, test and roll out AI and automation tools that make hiring faster and smarter.
• Manage integrations between Greenhouse, HRIS and other TA tools to ensure data flows from offer to onboarding.
• Be the go-to TA systems expert for Leads and hiring managers, providing training and troubleshooting.
• Run interview scheduling for the TA team across multiple time zones.
• Manage the offer process, preparing letters and contracts and tracking approvals to signature.
• Chase feedback and remove blockers to keep the process moving.
• Own end-to-end pre-boarding journey, from offer to day one.
• Manage background screening and compliance checks.
• Coordinate visa and relocation with partners and in-house teams.
• Be main point of contact for new joiners ensuring engagement before start.
• Set up HRIS records accurately for day one readiness.
• Build and own TA reporting and dashboards for pipeline, time-to-hire, and cost-per-hire.
• Produce regular insights for leadership and recommend improvements.
• Use data to spot bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
• Design, document and improve TA processes for simplicity and scalability.
• Ensure UAE labour law and regulatory compliance in recruitment.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, Finance and People Operations to stay joined up.
• Support employer brand activity and candidate communications.
• Champion a great candidate experience at every touchpoint.
