Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in systems and procedures, governance, and process improvement.
• Experience in government, municipality, transportation, or public sector is preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma or similar quality/organizational excellence credentials are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, update, and maintain policies, procedures, manuals, and SOPs.
• Govern and standardize governance standards across the department.
• Analyze processes and lead mapping, re-engineering, and optimization initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across functions.
• Support digital transformation and workflow automation projects.
• Prepare management reports on process efficiency and compliance.
