Job summary

Confidential is seeking a senior professional to lead the development, documentation, standardization and improvement of business processes, SOPs and operating policies across the organization. This is a hands-on role requiring strong analytical and writing skills in Arabic and English.

You will map current processes, publish end-to-end workflows, support governance with cross‑functional teams, and translate requirements into clear operational documentation in both languages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, BPM, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in business process management, operational improvement, SOP development or policies and procedures documentation.
• Hands-on experience developing organizational policies, operational procedures, SOPs and process maps.
• Experience documenting processes across HR, Finance, Procurement, Administration and Operations.
• Professional proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory, including drafting and finalizing policies in both languages.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and improvement of end-to-end business processes and SOPs.
• Document current and future state workflows, maps and procedures.
• Translate requirements into clear operational documentation in Arabic and English.
• Standardize templates, terminology and formatting for governance compliance.
• Collaborate with department heads to gather requirements and obtain approvals.
• Maintain version histories, review schedules and governance alignment.
