Responsibilities

• Develop and implement corporate governance practices aligned with regulations.
• Lead governance framework design and documentation within ADNOC.
• Define and ensure compliance with ADNOC’s authority hierarchy and roles.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external authorities for governance matters.
• Design and issue training materials related to governance topics and board procedures.
