Job summary

ADNOC in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior sustainability leader to drive strategy implementation across operations. You will oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting to monitor progress against targets, reduce risk, and enhance brand value.

The role requires deep knowledge of sustainability concepts, excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and ability to develop KPIs and dashboards for business-wide impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry or Engineering.
• 9 years of professional experience in Environmental Sustainability, preferably in oil & gas industry.
• Strong communication, analytical and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of international sustainability standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Review and advise on sustainability goals and objectives.
• Collect and analyze data to baseline progress against metrics.
• Develop sustainability goals, initiatives and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities for energy efficiency and waste management.
• Create or maintain plans and documents for sustainability projects.
• Develop reports to communicate effectiveness of sustainability initiatives.
• Monitor progress and provide management with health of sustainability portfolio.
