Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking an Executive Advisor to partner with senior leadership, guiding governance, business planning, and performance initiatives.

You will prepare high-impact reports, drive cross-functional programs, and ensure alignment between corporate strategy and priorities through robust analysis and stakeholder engagement.

Extensive experience with executive leadership teams and a track record of strategic recommendations is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 18+ years of relevant experience in strategy, governance, executive advisory, business planning or leadership roles.
• Proven experience working with executive leadership teams and managing strategic initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in energy, oil & gas, or large corporate environments desirable.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leadership on strategic, operational, and corporate governance matters.
• Support the development and execution of corporate strategy and business plans.
• Prepare executive reports, briefing papers, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
• Monitor and evaluate strategic initiatives and organizational performance against KPIs.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and executive-level initiatives.
• Facilitate decision-making through data analysis, market insights, and business assessments.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive business objectives and priorities.
