Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years in strategy execution or project management.
• At least 3 years in a managerial role and PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage development and implementation of strategic initiatives aligned with goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects effectively and efficiently.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, constraints and execution challenges.
• Develop mitigation strategies and resolve issues impacting delivery.
• Consult with senior leadership and provide insights on strategy execution.
• Develop frameworks and tools for strategy execution and performance tracking.
• Review performance data and recommend improvements.
• Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on priorities and plans.
• Prepare reports for senior management on status and performance.
• Ensure execution activities comply with policies and procedures.
