The successful candidate will lead complex initiatives, prepare briefing papers and presentations, and engage diverse stakeholders to support organizational objectives and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business administration, finance, engineering, accounting, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 18 years of relevant experience in strategy, governance, executive advisory, business planning, or leadership roles.
• Proven experience working directly with executive leadership teams and managing strategic initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience within energy, oil & gas, or large corporate environment is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leadership on strategic, operational, and corporate governance matters.
• Support the development and execution of corporate strategy and business plans.
• Prepare executive reports, briefing papers, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
• Monitor and evaluate strategic initiatives and organizational performance against KPIs.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and executive-level initiatives.
• Facilitate decision-making through data analysis, market insights, and business assessments.
• Support the implementation of governance policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive business objectives and organizational priorities
