Role Context

The Senior Specialist - Regional Partnerships will manage the complete partnership journey, beginning with identifying prospective regional partners and continuing through negotiation, contracting, launch, account development, and expansion. The role carries direct commercial impact. Successful partnerships must not only launch smoothly but continue generating measurable value through increased partner investment, additional market coverage, new product adoption, and deeper engagement with talabat. This requires close coordination across Commercial, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Legal teams while maintaining strong relationships with external decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify regional partnership opportunities that align with talabat 's strategic and commercial priorities.
  • Research, prospect, and engage potential partners across relevant industries and markets.
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of regional partnership opportunities.
  • Develop tailored proposals that clearly communicate commercial value for talabat and prospective partners.
  • Prepare partnership business cases supported by market opportunities, expected outcomes, and commercial considerations.
  • Lead commercial negotiations from initial discussions through agreed terms and contract signing.
  • Structure partnership arrangements with a clear understanding of economics, value creation, and potential P&L impact.
  • Own the go-live process for newly signed regional partnerships.
  • Establish launch milestones, timelines, dependencies, ownership, and success criteria.
  • Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and other teams to prepare partnerships for launch.
  • Identify operational, technical, or commercial blockers and drive them toward timely resolution.
  • Ensure new partners complete onboarding requirements and are positioned for effective execution from launch.
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic regional partnership accounts as the primary relationship contact.
  • Conduct regular business reviews covering performance, opportunities, challenges, and agreed actions.
  • Develop joint business plans with partners and establish measurable KPIs and growth targets.
  • Identify opportunities to increase partner spend through additional products, services, campaigns, or commercial initiatives.
