Job summary

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) invites applications for a Senior Specialist - New Business Enablement. This role focuses on expediting end-to-end NTB credit approvals, deal execution, and stakeholder coordination to drive incremental revenues within UAE corporate banking.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in banking, a relevant degree, strong analytical and communication skills, and a record of leading large teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in banking in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead large teams.
• Problem solving and analytical.
• Financial analysis and knowledge of Banking Regulations especially related to capital and liquidity.
• PowerPoint, Excel, Word and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the fast-tracking of the end-to-end NTB business credit approval, transaction execution, stakeholder management, and facilitation of deal execution to ensure the generation of incremental revenues.
• Identify opportunities for upfront cross-selling on NTBs to drive RAROC maximization.
• Provide transaction structuring advice within set guidelines and Bank requirements.
• Review and assess CIBG NTB credit applications, including evaluation, financial analysis, credit structuring and risk mitigation.
• Collate and report feedback from key stakeholders across CIBG, Credit, Risk, and Technology teams.
• Engage with clients alongside RMs to understand client credit needs.
