Job summary

ADCB in Dubai seeks an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to lead corporate client relationships and drive profitable growth. You will identify opportunities, assess credit risk, and manage a portfolio while mentoring junior managers.

The role requires deep product knowledge across corporate lending, treasury, and transactional banking. You will lead and develop a team, ensure adherence to risk standards, and deliver best-in-class banking experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• Professional banking or finance qualifications will be an advantage.
• Minimum 7 years of corporate banking relationship management experience.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new corporate banking clients and develop sustainable relationships to achieve portfolio growth targets.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and prepare high-quality credit proposals to support lending decisions.
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio by identifying opportunities for increased business volumes and wallet share.
• Develop a deep understanding of client businesses and proactively identify financing, transaction banking, treasury, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Build long-term client relationships through regular engagement, needs assessment, and effective issue resolution.
• Undertake client visits and maintain a strong understanding of client risk profiles, escalating material changes where required.
