Al Ghurair Investment is rolling out a single HCM platform across every function and business unit it operates, moving from fragmented legacy systems to one Oracle Fusion backbone. This specialist owns the technical and functional bridge between that platform and the people processes it serves, translating business requirements into working configuration while an agile delivery team builds toward a minimum viable product and expands it release by release. The impact reaches every employee touchpoint in the group, from onboarding and visa processing to payroll and succession planning, so accuracy and pace both matter from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Sit with HR and business stakeholders across Al Ghurair units to capture requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion HCM configuration covering payroll, benefits, recruitment and performance management
• Own data migration planning from legacy HR systems into Oracle HCM, checking data quality and integrity at every stage
• Build integrations between HCM and adjacent enterprise systems, particularly finance and CRM, so records stay consistent across platforms
• Act as first point of escalation for the development team on build issues, keeping implementation vendors aligned to committed milestones
• Set up and maintain security matrices and access permissions that mirror the group 's organizational structure
• Use HCM Extract and HCM Data Loader for ongoing data import, export and transformation work
• Track KPIs tied to the HR strategy and flag risks to management before they become delivery problems
• Maintain project documentation, user guides and configuration records, and train end users on new functionality as releases land
• Apply patches and upgrades to keep the Oracle Fusion HCM environment current and compliant with UAE data privacy requirements

Ideal Profile

The right person has already taken at least two Oracle Fusion HCM implementations from requirements through go live, ideally within the UAE regulatory environment, and is comfortable being the technical voice in a room full of HR stakeholders. Comfort with both waterfall and agile delivery matters here, since the program runs iteratively but still needs the discipline of formal documentation and change control. Someone who has managed a development team 's escalations before, rather than only configured a system solo, will find the people management side of this role familiar.
