Job summary

TALENT ONE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a Senior Manager to drive the HR technology roadmap and transformation across HR functions, including payroll, time and absence, recruitment, and learning. You will lead multi-entity HCM programs, manage senior stakeholders, and ensure secure, high-quality live service operations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of leadership of enterprise HCM portfolios or large HR technology transformation.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and enterprise HCM/ERP systems.
• Proven ownership of technology delivery and live service operations.
• Experience with system integrations, data governance, security, testing, and release management.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the HR technology roadmap aligned to business priorities, investments and outcomes.
• Lead HCM implementations, enhancements, integrations, and releases from design to adoption.
• Oversee technology supporting core HR, payroll, time/absence, recruitment, talent, learning and self-service.
• Ensure reliable system operations, data quality, security and access controls.
• Manage budgets, technology teams, implementation partners and cross-functional dependencies across HR, IT and Finance.
• Report portfolio progress, service performance, risks and benefits to senior leadership.

• 12+years of relevant experience, including substantial leadership ofenterprise HCM portfolios or large-scale HR technology transformation.
• Strongunderstanding of HR processes and enterprise HCM/ERP systems.
• Provenownership of both technology delivery and live service operations.
• Experiencewith system integrations, data governance, security, testing, and releasemanagement.
• Demonstratedability to manage senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, vendors,and budgets.
• Leadershipexperience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM is preferred.
• Experiencein complex, multi-entity or regulated organisations is advantageous.
