Zoho is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with Oracle ERP/Fusion HRMS and Finance expertise to join the Dubai team onsite. You will gather business requirements, craft BRDs, participate in RFPs, and drive QA/UAT testing to ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to relocate for an onsite Dubai role. Immediate to 30 days notice preferred.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle ERP/Fusion HRMS and Finance modules. The ideal candidate will have 5–8+ years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work onsite in Dubai. Offshore candidates willing to relocate with a valid passport are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for Oracle ERP/Fusion HRMS & Finance initiatives.
• Participate in the RFP process: define functional requirements, evaluate vendor solutions, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Perform functional QA/UAT testing, validate requirements, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate between business and technical teams for seamless execution.
• Experience in Third Party Integration with Oracle EBS/Fusion Application will be an added advantage.

Mandatory Requirements
