Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Solutions Architect to act as a technical authority for our sales team, customers, partners and community in the Dubai region.

You will understand and solve customer business issues with the Elastic Stack, engage the regional Elastic community through events, and enable sales through partners. A successful SA focuses on excellence and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• A track record of success in a technical presales role within the Enterprise Sector.
• Ability to articulate and sell the benefits of modern platforms and technologies.
• Curiosity and continuous learning; willingness to challenge the status quo.
• Proven experience building value-based relationships across customer organizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for accounts and account managers in the assigned territory.
• Understand customers' goals and articulate how Elastic offerings address their needs.
• Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Elastic products to demonstrate value in meetings and events.
• Advise the sales team on effective positioning of Elastic products and solutions.
• Onboard, educate, and enable partners and support them in sales cycles.
