Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Solutions Architect in Dubai to be the technical authority for our sales teams, customers and partners, translating business needs into Elastic Stack solutions that drive growth.

You will own value-based engagements, enable the sales cycle with robust architectures, onboard partners, and share knowledge across Elasticians, while traveling up to 30% regionally and occasionally internationally.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in technical presales for enterprise customers.
• Ability to articulate benefits of modern platforms and technologies.
• Curious, continuous learner who challenges the status quo.
• Strong customer-relations history with solution architectures that meet goals.
• Influence teams and craft architectures that win deals.
• Willingness to travel 30% regionally and occasionally internationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical contact for accounts and managers in your territory.
• Understand customer goals and articulate how Elastic offerings address needs.
• Build and own value-based relationships at all levels of customer organizations.
• Lead planning and execution from discovery to technical win.
• Demonstrate Elastic product value in meetings and events.
• Advise sales on positioning Elastic products and services.
• Onboard and enable partners, supporting them in sales cycles.
• Create collateral and collaborate with Elastic teams to meet client needs.
• Be the voice of the customer to leadership about gaps and enhancements.
• Grow sales and technical skills through ongoing learning.
