Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks a Solutions Architect to act as a technical authority for sales, customers, and partners. You will understand customer business issues, solve them with the Elastic Stack, and support sales through partners.

Travel up to 30% regionally and occasionally internationally. You will deepen both sales and technical skills, contribute to collateral, and represent customer needs to engineering and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Technical presales experience in Enterprise sector.
• Ability to articulate benefits of modern platforms and technologies.
• Demonstrated history of trusted customer relationships and architecture design.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for accounts and managers in your territory.
• Understand customer goals and articulate how Elastic offerings meet their needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships at all levels in customer organizations.
