Job summary

Elastic is seeking a Solutions Architect in the UAE to act as a technical authority for the sales team, customers, partners, and the community. You will understand and translate customer business issues into Elastic Stack solutions, engage the regional Elastic community, and enable sales through partners.

• Experience in a technical presales role within the Enterprise sector.
• Ability to articulate and sell the benefits of modern platforms and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for accounts and managers in the territory.
• Develop understanding of customers’ goals and articulate how Elastic offerings address their needs.
• Create and own value-based relationships at all levels in customer organizations.
• Participate in planning and execution from discovery to technical win.
• Demonstrate Elastic product value in sales meetings and events.
• Advise sales on effective positioning of Elastic products and services.
• Onboard and enable partners, supporting them in sales cycles.
• Create collateral and collaborate with teams to meet client needs.
• Voice of the customer to engineering and leadership teams.
• Develop both sales and technical skills through ongoing education.
