Job summary

Advansys seeks a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead sales performance across the East Gulf territory, including Dubai. You will set targets, lead a team of Sales Managers and Executives, and maintain a robust forecast while building vendor and partner relationships.

Working cross-functionally with Technical Sales, Sales Growth and Tendering, and Partners Management, you will drive pipeline, manage RFP submissions, secure orders, and deliver sustainable revenue growth through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; relevant postgraduate or professional qualifications are an advantage.
• 8+ years of progressive B2B sales experience with territory, target, and team responsibilities.
• Proven ability to forecast accurately, build a qualified pipeline, and close complex opportunities.
• Experience leading Sales Managers and Sales Executives and improving team performance.
• Strong experience working with vendors, channel partners, and tendering within the Gulf region.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales strategy and execution plan for the defined territory, translating company objectives into targets.
• Lead the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Monitor territory performance, identify gaps and opportunities, and implement timely corrective actions.
• Direct the commercial approach for strategic opportunities, including positioning, pricing, negotiation, and close plans.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to secure approvals and deliver compelling, commercially sound proposals.
