Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a (Sr) Solution Product Manager to drive sales growth across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and to lead ecosystem development with suppliers while collaborating with sales teams to deliver customer-centric solutions. Qualifications

Bachelor in EE/CS with equivalent experience.
8-10+ years of product management experience.
Proven ability to develop business and engage customers directly.
Expertise in data analytics, HPC, AI and related technologies.
Knowledge of SAP, networks and datacenter products.

Responsibilities

Analyze market and business trends; develop tactics to grow market share for Supermicro’s solutions.
Identify and address customer requirements for existing and emerging use cases.
Lead training on new products; work with customers to define specifications with cross-functional teams.
Research technology, customers and competitors to inform portfolio strategy.
Develop strong customer relationships and collaborate with sales to close deals.
Build ecosystem and maintain supplier relationships to grow business.
