Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Senior Solution Product Manager to help sales grow business in different vertical markets in EMEA, set up eco-systems with different suppliers, grow company business with different sales teams together, and directly engage with customers and provide solutions to end-users.

As a Senior Solution Product Manager, you will use strong technical and communication skills towards product definition strategy for Supermicro's core product family including research into

Qualifications

Bachelor in EE/CS required or equivalent experience.
8–10+ years in product management/promotion with ability to influence customers.
Proven ability to develop business and engage customers directly.

Responsibilities

Analyze market and business trends to grow market share with strategic solutions.
Identify and address enterprise customer requirements for existing and emerging use cases.
Coordinate with engineering to define product specifications and ensure delivery meets customer expectations.
Lead research on technology trends and feedback to shape portfolio strategy.
Develop strong customer service relationships and work with sales teams to close deals.
Build eco-systems and manage vendor relationships to grow business.
