FAIRCODE MIDDLE EAST is seeking an experienced Software Sales Executive to lead our ERP, e-invoicing, CRM, HRMS, POS and related business solutions in the UAE. You will own strategy, build a robust pipeline, mentor the sales team, and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client engagements across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years in software/ERP/SaaS/IT sales with 1–2 years in leadership.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes and enterprise software solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage key accounts and build long-term client relationships.
• CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency; UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Identify and acquire new clients via networking, referrals, cold calls, partnerships.
• Lead complete sales cycle from lead gen to contract closure.
• Conduct client meetings, product demos, and proposals.
• Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor and motivate the sales team to hit targets.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare management reports.
• Coordinate with implementation and technical teams for smooth handover.
