Job summary

Cisco in Dubai seeks a seasoned Customer Success leader to advocate for customers and drive strategic engagements. You will lead reviews, communicate KPIs, and deliver insights that improve business outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
6+ years in customer success, technical support, or engineering in a high-tech, B2B environment.
Proficiency with case management and collaboration tools such as Salesforce and Jira.
Native proficiency in Arabic and professional fluency in English for local stakeholder engagements.
Experience with analytics, cloud/SaaS solutions, and commitment to AI adoption.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary advocate and trusted advisor for customers, driving business development and ensuring service excellence.
Lead strategic engagements and quarterly business reviews to communicate KPIs and deliver actionable insights to customer leadership.
Leverage analytics and AI tools to anticipate needs, deliver innovative solutions, and streamline workflows for measurable results.
Provide technical leadership within the team and across technology domains, acting as a thought leader in software engineering and integration.
Coordinate across Cisco units (DevOps, service delivery, product management) to ensure seamless operational alignment.
Visit and work onsite at customer sites in Dubai as needed to build relationships and support strategic objectives.
