Job summary

Cisco is seeking a Customer Success Engineer in Dubai to guide onboarding and realization of Splunk investments. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and optimize deployments while managing escalations and ensuring executive alignment.

The role emphasizes bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English, enterprise-scale deployments, and regional coverage across the Gulf and North Africa.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or Systems Engineering.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers in the Gulf, Levant, Egypt, and North Africa markets.
• Proven ability to manage and resolve technical customer escalations.
• Experience applying project management methodologies to plan and execute deployments or initiatives.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive onboarding experiences for Splunk solutions to ensure successful adoption.
• Provide proactive environment health recommendations to optimize deployments and performance.
• Manage and resolve critical customer escalations to maintain trust.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Splunk and Cisco teams to advocate for customer needs.
• Contribute strategic insights during QBRs with stakeholders to align on value realization.
• Partner with Account Teams to align customer success strategies with regional expansion plans.
• Relay actionable customer feedback to Product Management for improvements.
• Engage with CX teams and executive leadership to ensure a unified regional approach.
