Cisco Systems in Dubai invites a senior Customer Success professional to act as primary advisor for strategic engagements, ensuring service delivery excellence and measurable business outcomes for enterprise customers.

You will lead cross-functional collaborations across DevOps, service delivery, and product management, visit client sites in Dubai as needed, and translate complex technical concepts into business value.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience in customer success, technical support, or engineering within a high-tech environment.
• Experience with case management and collaboration tools such as Salesforce and Jira.
• Proven technical expertise in LTE/5G networks, telecom protocols, and IoT solutions, supported by troubleshooting skills in Wireshark, Splunk, or SQL.
• Native proficiency in Arabic and professional fluency in English to support local stakeholder engagements.
• Experience with analytics, cloud/SaaS solutions, and a documented commitment to AI adoption and continuous learning.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary advocate and trusted advisor for customers, driving business development and ensuring service delivery excellence.
• Lead strategic engagements and periodic business reviews to communicate KPIs and deliver actionable insights to customer leadership.
• Leverage analytics and AI tools to anticipate customer needs and deliver innovative solutions.
• Provide technical leadership within the team and across Cisco domains to ensure alignment.
• Coordinate across internal Cisco units to ensure seamless operations and visit client sites in Dubai as needed.
