Job summary

Cisco in Dubai seeks a senior customer success and technical advisor to drive strategic engagements and ensure service delivery excellence. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, communicating KPIs and delivering actionable insights to leadership.

You will coordinate with DevOps, service delivery, and product management, leveraging analytics, AI tools, and IoT expertise to anticipate needs and improve workflows. On-site visits in Dubai may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 6+ years experience in customer success, technical support, or engineering in a high-tech B2B environment.
• Proficient with case management and collaboration tools like Salesforce and Jira.
• Technical expertise in LTE/5G networks, telecom protocols, and IoT; strong troubleshooting in Wireshark, Splunk or SQL.
• Native Arabic and professional English for stakeholder engagements.
• Experience with analytics, cloud/SaaS, and AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary advocate and trusted advisor for customers, driving business development and service delivery excellence.
• Lead strategic engagements and periodic business reviews to communicate KPIs and deliver actionable insights to customer leadership.
• Provide technical leadership within the team and across the technology domain, sharing best practices in software engineering and integration.
• Coordinate with Cisco DevOps, service delivery, and product management to ensure seamless operational alignment.
• Visit and work onsite at customer sites in Dubai as needed to build relationships and support strategic objectives.
