Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Media, Digital Media, Marketing, Media, Integrated Communications, or a related field.
• Professional certification or diploma in Social Media from a recognized institution is preferred.
• Experience: 10+ years in social media, digital/performance marketing, and integrated communications, preferably with agencies in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Hootsuite, Sprout Social, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead social media strategy and content across DWTC channels.
• Drive performance analytics, dashboards and ROI reporting.
• Oversee content planning, channel management and community engagement.
• Lead influencer partnerships, social commerce opportunities and lead generation.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications and external stakeholders to strengthen DWTC presence.
• Establish social media policies, processes and escalation protocols.
• Manage social media budgets, agency relationships and scopes of work.
