Job summary

Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) is seeking a senior Social Media Lead to design and execute a data-driven strategy across organic and paid channels. You will guide content, engage audiences, and elevate the brand's digital presence as a core pillar of integrated marketing communications.

You will manage analytics dashboards, coordinate with corporate communications and business units, and lead influencer partnerships while optimizing budgets and processes to grow audiences and improve ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social/digital marketing or related field.
• Professional certification or diploma in Social Media preferred.
• 10+ years in social media, digital/performance marketing and integrated communications.
• Hands-on experience with Hootsuite, Sprout Social, HubSpot and Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with DWTC objectives.
• Drive paid and organic performance, monitor KPIs, and provide ROI reporting.
• Oversee content planning, channel management, and community engagement.
• Lead influencer partnerships and explore social commerce opportunities.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications and business units to strengthen presence.
• Establish policies, monitoring processes, and escalation protocols.
• Manage social budgets and agency relationships, scopes of work, and evaluations.
