Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Project Development Engineer for Security Systems in Dubai to support the aftermarket and ELV projects. You will design security solutions, conduct site surveys, and participate in pre-sales activities to drive project success.

You will collaborate with sales engineers, coordinate with vendors, and ensure solutions meet customer requirements and timelines, using your expertise in Access Control, CCTV and ELV systems.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics or similar.
• 4–5 years UAE experience in estimation of Security/ELV systems.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, Visio and AutoCAD.
• Fluent in English; UAE driving license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design security systems solutions (Access Controls, CCTV, ELV).
• Carry out site surveys and coordinate with subcontractors/vendors.
• Attend sales presentations with sales engineers.
• Gather specifications from end users and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with operations, procurement and commercial teams to align project scope.
