Job summary

Johnson Controls in the UAE seeks a Sales Executive, Security Systems to drive the ELV/Security Systems portfolio across key strategic accounts. You will focus on Greenfield and new construction projects, delivering profitable growth in CCTV, access control, analytics and related solutions.

As a senior member, you will build long-term relationships with contractors, consultants and end users, win complex deals, and coordinate with pre-sales for tendering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or Instrumentation.
• 8–10 years' ELV / Security Systems Sales experience in the UAE.
• Experience explaining technical solutions and advising on complex solutions.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Fluent English; UAE driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Create, qualify and close new sales opportunities with proposals and tender support.
• Differentiate Johnson Controls by understanding competitors' strategies and offerings.
• Develop long-term relationships with Contractors, Consultants and End Users.
• Plan effectively to manage multiple priorities and drive territory growth.
• Ensure high win rates through comprehensive stakeholder mapping.
