Job summary

Confidential Careers, UAE-based, is seeking a Senior Manager Transformation to lead the end-to-end transformation of its sales function reporting to VP/SVP Sales Transformation.

The role focuses on strategy, processes, operating model, technology, KPIs, governance, and driving CRM, analytics and automation across the sales lifecycle; strong consulting background and experience with large organizations preferred.

Qualifications

• UAE-based candidate with strong consulting background in Sales/Commercial Transformation.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end transformation programmes in large organizations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with C-suite interaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Sales or business Transformation across strategy, processes, operating model, technology and governance.
• Identify sales performance gaps and design roadmaps to improve effectiveness and customer experience.
• Drive CRM, digital, data/analytics and automation across the sales lifecycle.
• Lead sales process redesign, performance management and KPI/incentive frameworks.
• Collaborate with C-suite and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into commercial outcomes.
