Our Client in the UAE seeks a Head of Strategy & Transformation to lead strategic planning, drive group-wide transformation initiatives, and govern execution across business units. You will partner with the board and executives to define long-term priorities, track delivery, and establish a PMO framework that links strategy to outcomes.

The role requires senior experience in strategy, transformation or management consulting, with multi-business exposure and strong executive stakeholder

Qualifications

• Senior experience in strategy, transformation, or management consulting.
• Exposure to multi-business environments and executive stakeholders.
• Experience building PMOs or transformation offices is advantageous.
• Experience in the UAE or GCC markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, transformation initiatives, and execution governance across the group.
• Support the board and executives in defining long-term priorities and tracking delivery.
• Establish PMO discipline and decision frameworks; manage cross-functional programs.
• Serve as the bridge between strategy development and execution delivery.
