Job summary

Confidential Careers, UAE-based, is seeking a Senior Manager Transformation to lead the end-to-end transformation of its sales function reporting to VP/SVP Sales Transformation.

The role focuses on strategy, processes, operating model, technology, KPIs, governance, and driving CRM, analytics and automation across the sales lifecycle; strong consulting background and experience with large organizations preferred.

Qualifications

• UAE-based candidate with strong consulting background in Sales/Commercial Transformation.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end transformation programmes in large organizations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with C-suite interaction.

A leading UAE-based organization is seeking a Senior Manager Transformation to lead the end-to-end transformation of its sales function reporting to VP / SVP Sales Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Sales or business Transformation across strategy, processes, operating model, technology, KPIs and governance.
• Identify sales performance gaps and design practical transformation roadmaps to improve sales effectiveness, productivity and customer experience.
• Drive CRM, digital, data/analytics and automation initiatives across the sales lifecycle.
• Lead sales process redesign, performance management, incentive/KPI frameworks and change management.
• Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into measurable commercial outcomes.

Ideal Profile

• UAE-based candidate with strong consulting background in Sales/Commercial Transformation.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end transformation programmes, preferably within large, complex organizations.
• Strong understanding of sales operating models, CRM, sales processes, analytics, digital enablement and change management.
• Experience from a leading strategy/management consulting firm strongly preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work with C-suite leadership.
