Job summary

PARAMOUNT TR.LLC in UAE is hiring an experienced Sales Executive for Commercial Kitchen Equipment to drive new business and manage key HORECA clients across UAE markets (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, ...).

You will lead end-to-end sales cycles, develop quotations, tenders, and BOQs, and maintain strong customer relationships with Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Catering Firms, and Cloud Kitchens, with a target-driven mindset and UAE driving license.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of sales experience in Commercial Kitchen Equipment / Foodservice Equipment / HORECA.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market and HORECA industry.
• Proven experience in B2B sales and business development.
• Existing contacts with Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Catering Companies, Cloud Kitchens, Retail and F&B businesses will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and develop business opportunities across the UAE.
• Identify and approach potential strong HORECA customers.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable kitchen equipment solutions.
• Prepare strong quotations, proposals, BOQs and tenders.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and projects to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for strong quotation design, delivery and installation requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales pipeline information.

3-5+ years of sales experience in Commercial Kitchen Equipment / Foodservice Equipment / HORECA.Strong knowledge of the UAE market and HORECA industry.Proven experience in B2B sales and business development.

Existing contacts with Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Catering Companies, Cloud Kitchens, Retail and F&B businesses will be an advantage.

Knowledge of Commercial Kitchen Equipment, Cooking Equipment, Refrigeration, Bakery and Dishwashing Equipment.

Experience in project sales, BOQ, quotations and tenders.

Strong lead generation, negotiation and closing skills.

Target-oriented with good communication and presentation skills.

Ability to develop new customers and maintain existing accounts.

UAE driving Licence is mandatory.
