C&B Consultant (Specitas Group) in UAE seeks a Senior Sales Executive to grow its client base across the UAE. This field-based role involves ~80% face-to-face meetings with architects, engineering consultants, developers and PMCs. A 5+ year track record in UAE B2B sales and a UAE driving license are required.

The role offers a fixed monthly salary plus incentives, commissions, and allowances (transport, phone, medical, visa). Fluent English is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Competenze

• 5+ years of B2B field sales in the UAE.
• Experience in architecture, engineering, construction, real estate or consultancy.
• Existing relationships with consultants, developers or PMCs.
• Track record of opening new accounts independently.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage. Valid UAE driving license.
