Job summary

Almasa Environmental Solutions is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to cover the UAE & GCC markets. You will generate leads, visit clients, and build B2B relationships, while closing project sales and achieving targets.

Responsibilities include presenting technical solutions, preparing proposals, and traveling across UAE and GCC. A strong engineering background and valid UAE driving licence are required, with a willingness to travel widely.

Qualifications

• Proven project sales experience in industrial/technical sectors.
• Direct client acquisition and field sales experience.
• Strong B2B sales background with decision-makers.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Engineering degree/diploma or technical background required.
• Willingness to travel across UAE & GCC.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and visit clients across UAE & GCC.
• Build relationships with consultants, contractors, EPCs, factories, and key accounts.
• Present technical solutions, prepare proposals, explain specs, and tailor offerings.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, track pipeline, follow up, and close deals.
• Travel extensively across emirates and GCC as part of the role.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.

We are seeking strong, self-driven, passionate Technical Sales Engineers to actively cover the UAE & GCC markets. You will travel across emirates and regionally to generate leads, build B2B relationships, close project sales, and consistently hit targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads actively, prospect, cold approach, visit clients door to door, attend sites & events across UAE & GCC
• B2B sales & project development ,build relationships with consultants, contractors, EPCs, factories, and key accounts
• Technical solutions,present products, prepare proposals, explain specs, and design fit-for-project technical offerings
• Meet & exceed sales targets, track pipeline, follow up, close deals, and expand market presence
• Travel extensively across all emirates and GCC countries as a core part of the role
• Maintain accurate records and update CRM regularly

Requirements

• Proven Project Sales Experience , track record in selling technical/industrial projects
• Door-to-Door / Field Sales Experience, comfortable approaching new clients directly
• Strong B2B Sales Background, experience dealing with businesses, decision-makers & organizations
• Valid UAE Driving Licence, MANDATORY
• Engineering degree/diploma or relevant technical background
• Passionate, resilient, ready to travel & roam UAE + GCC markets
