Job summary

UEXO is seeking a Senior Forex Sales Director to lead strategic client partnerships in Dubai. You will onboard and manage a high-value network of FX/CFD traders, institutions, and VIPs, delivering bespoke trading conditions and deep market insights.

This role requires a proven track record, fluency in English, and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Hybrid/onsite in Dubai, with a lucrative commission structure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FX/CFD sales with a track record of high monthly volumes.
• Strong portable book of business (HNWI, VIP traders, IBs or money managers).
• Deep understanding of global FX markets and platforms (MT4/MT5, cTrader).
• Fluent English; additional Arabic or French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage a high-value network of traders and investors on the UEXO platform.
• Serve as primary contact, delivering bespoke support and market insights.
• Identify strategic partnership opportunities to grow the pipeline.

Are you a seasoned FX professional who knows how to move the needle-and bring real volume with you?

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Forex Sales Director with an established, active book of business to join our growth team in Dubai. This is not an entry-level position; we are looking for a true dealmaker who has built deep, lasting relationships with high-net-worth (HNW) traders, institutional clients, or active retail networks, and can seamlessly transition those relationships to a top-tier brokerage environment.

What You'll Do

• Drive High-Value Growth: Onboard, manage, and scale your existing network of high-volume traders and investors onto the UEXO platform.
• Be the Strategic Partner: Serve as the primary, trusted point of contact for key clients, delivering bespoke support, market insights, and tailor-made trading conditions.
• Expand Your Footprint: Identify strategic partnership opportunities, IBs, and institutional leads to continually feed your pipeline.
• Collaborate & Elevate: Work directly with senior executive leadership to refine our trading product offerings, VIP conditions, and retention strategies.

Who You Are

• Proven Track Record: 5+ years in FX / CFD sales with a verifiable track record of high monthly volumes and revenue generation.
• Portable Portfolio: A strong, portable book of business (HNWI, VIP traders, IBs, or active money managers) that can be transitioned efficiently.
• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of global FX markets, regulatory frameworks, risk dynamics, and platform ecosystems (MT4/MT5, cTrader, proprietary tech).
• Communication Powerhouse: Exceptional pitch, negotiation, and closing skills, with fluency in English (additional languages like Arabic or French are a huge plus).
• The Vibe: Energetic, ambitious, self-driven, and capable of operating with full autonomy while keeping things fun and collaborative.
